My 9yo daughter told me she's fat and ugly. She's a tall beautiful girl, with some 7-8 extra pounds... What can I do?

She really is stunning. Besides that, she's a good student,  has many friends and is very popular. Yesterday she told me that if she were thin, she'd have more friends.

that came out as the greatest shock of my life.

what can we do? She can lose a few pounds but she is not fat!
